Class size and course cancellations

For classes with a tutor please register early to ensure a place in the course that best fits your schedule. For self-study classes you can enrol any time you want.

Galway Language School reserves the right to cancel a course when less than 3 students have registered. Students registered in a cancelled course will be notified immediately. They will be offered the possibility of transferring their enrolment to another course of the same price range. If no suitable course is available, they will receive a full refund of the fee paid.

 

Refunds

If you have made a full payment of your course, fees are refundable if requested in writing 3 days before the first class of the course takes place. A 10% of the total course fee will be retained as administration fee. You can e-mail cancellation request to info@galwaylanguageschool.com.

Unfortunately we cannot accept cancellations by phone or post. We cannot prorate classes or transfer un-used class time to another term.

If you are subscribe to monthly payments you can unsubscribe by clicking the “unsubscribe” button on the page of your course or you can e-mail us to info@galwaylanguageschool.com

By purchasing a course you are immediately in agreement with all the terms and conditions.

 

Attendance

Attendance is the student’s responsibility. If you are unable to attend a class, please inform your teacher at the next session you can attend. There is no need to call the office. You can review missed classes on the “Webinars” section in the online platform under “Recorded Sessions”.

 

Certification:

For Spanish with a Tutor and Spanish Self-study you can obtain a certificate upon the completion of the course. Your certificate will generate automatically for you to download and print after you pass all the tests and quizzes with at least an 80% of success.

Classes are given in progression, this mean that you wont be able to pass to the next subject until you complete all the previous one.
